Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Innerline mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Innerline is a mood journaling application that allows you to write journal entries, track your mood, set personal goals, and receive AI-generated reflections and summaries. The AI features are powered by third-party language models and are intended for general wellness purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

Innerline is not a medical device, therapy tool, or substitute for professional mental health care. The AI-generated reflections are not clinical assessments, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Innerline. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Innerline offers a free tier with limited AI reflections and a premium subscription ("Innerline Premium") with unlimited features.
• Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($3.99/month) or yearly ($39.99/year) plans, both with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.

5. User Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Innerline, including journal entries, goals, and any other data. Your content is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers except as described in our Privacy Policy (specifically, entry content sent temporarily for AI reflection generation).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Abuse the AI reflection feature (e.g. sending automated or bulk requests)
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions

7. AI-Generated Content

AI reflections and summaries are generated by third-party language models. While we strive for helpful and accurate responses, we cannot guarantee their correctness, completeness, or appropriateness. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable. Use your own judgement when interpreting reflections.

8. Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innerline and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
